Where is the festival being held?

​

The festival will be held in the in the beautiful Cocoa Riverfront Park at Cocoa Village. 401 Riveredge Blvd, Cocoa, FL 32922​​​

What is the date of the festival and what are the hours?

​

The festival will be held on Saturday, November 23rd from 10:00 am – 6:00pm. Yoga classes and speakers are scheduled throughout the day.​

What should I bring?

​

We recommend bringing a few essentials to make the most of your day at VegFest:

  • A Smile! We’re all about good vibes and spreading positivity.

  • A Donation: Please consider making a donation to The Children's Hunger Project to help support their important work in feeding children in need. You can make your donation at the purple information tent in front of the amphitheater stage.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothes that allow you to move freely and enjoy all the activities, from shopping to yoga.

  • Comfortable Shoes: Convenient for walking around the venue.

  • Sunscreen: Protect yourself from our beautiful Florida sun.

  • If you’re planning to join our yoga classes, don't forget to bring your yoga mat and any props you regularly use. We will have a limited number of mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is the event family friendly?

​

Yes. We encourage a safe and nurturing environment for people of all ages. We encourage a safe and nurturing environment and ask you to be responsible for your children at all times.

Can I bring a pet?

​

Yes. We love animals, but we ask that you be a responsible pet owner.

​

What happens if it rains?

​

Rain or shine we will be there with a smile to greet you. If there is lightning, we’ll postpone until we have been in the clear for 30 minutes.

Do I need a ticket to attend a yoga class or featured speaker?

​

No. All classes are donation based and benefit The Children’s Hunger Project.

Though there is no fee to attend a class all yoga class participants must sign a release waiver. You can sign at the festival or online at

You can make your donation and pick up your liability waiver wristband at the Purple Information Tent located in front of the amphitheater stage.

Does the event benefit charity?

​

Yes. All classes are donation based and benefit The Children’s Hunger Project. We accept donations on site. Go to the purple information tent in front of the amphitheater state to make your donation.

​

What is a release waiver for yoga classes?

​

All yoga class participants must sign a release waiver before participating in any class. Children under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. You will receive a wristband with a signed waiver that will be good for all classes. Waivers are available online or at the Fest. No waiver is required to enjoy the Marketplace or watch classes.

Rights of Festival Organizers

The Event Manager or a representative reserve the right to inspect all bags and containers.

​

VegFest Space Coast and its representatives, with the exception of gross negligence or willful misconduct, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason by festival attendees, including but not limited to: death, personal injury, illness, delay or cancellation of scheduled performances and loss of or damage to personal property. All attendees who choose to participate in a class will need to sign a release waiver

For the safety and enjoyment of all Festival guests, volunteers and staff, VegFest Space Coast reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, in any event it determines appropriate, at its sole and exclusive discretion.

​

Festival Organizers take no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
